How do I cancel an order

To cancel an order contact our customer service team and as long as the order has not been process, we will cancel the order.

When will my card be charged

Your card will be charged when you confirm your order.

Can I change my delivery address

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible and often b the time you need to change the delivery address it can be very difficult to retrieve the order and make this change, If you find yourself in the awkward position contact our customer service team, we cannot guarantee this can happen.

I cannot see the exact product I need

Our website is dedicated to our standard item range.

If you need something a little different to our standard product our Technical Sales Officers are here to help. We have well equipped and experienced Engineering team that can help you find a solution.

We have created many variants to our standard product line for our customers.

Can I import an order

The Order Import allows you to quickly import your order via excel, adding items to your shopping with order quantities.

In Excel Column A is used for the Item Code & Column B is for the line quantity. The file must be saved as a .CSV (comma-separated values)

Note: this function works with OEM Dynamics ITEM CODES only.

Step 1. In Excel enter the Item Code or barcode in column A and quantity in column B. You do not need any heading rows

Step 2. Click “Save As” and change the “Save as Type” from Excel Workbook to “CSV (comma delimited)”

Step 3. On our website, go to Dashboard (in the blue bar at the top of your page) > Import Order. Click Browse then find your order to import. Then click IMPORT NOW

Step 4. Click on the Shopping Cart (top right of your page), to review your Order & proceed to the Check Out.

How do I add item to my cart

Adding Items to Cart

There are multiple methods to add items to your cart:

Method 1.: Browse Product Range – Use the Product Menu to navigate to the appropriate category and apply filters to find the desired item. Alternatively you can use the Product Search field at the top of each page and enter the Product Code or Item Code.
Method 2.: Order Import – This function can use create your order in Excel and import directly into the website. For more details on this function refer to the Order Import section below.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

OEM Dynamics delivers components all over the world.

For international customer when placing an order you can select "Freight will be on our account". Alternatively contact our Customer Service Team who will quote freight costs.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and are different for every product. To check, simply add the product to your cart and enter your shipping address at the checkout page. You will be able to see the cost for several carriers and service types.

If you have your own freight account you can select the option "Freight will be on our account".

How long does delivery take?

All goods will be shipped with 2 business days from the date all items are ready to ship, and all payments have been received and cleared.

Delivery will vary depending on your choice of carrier and your location.

After your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive full tracking details via email for online tracking.

Can I return my order?

Yes, your order can be returned. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.
