Delivery Policy

SHIPPING OF MATERIALS

Product is shipped freight charges collect. The purchaser may nominate the transport medium but failing such nomination OEM Dynamics Pty Limited may nominate the means of transport. OEM Dynamics Pty Limited does not accept responsibility for any costs or expenses incurred through shipping errors and risk passes on delivery to courier.

Items showing "In Stock" will be shipped within 2 business days from the time of order placement i.e. from when all items are ready to ship, and all payments have been received and cleared. In the event that an ordered item is not available, or it is not possible to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative Product or to discuss a Backorder delivery date.

Items showing "Contact for availability" can take up to 6 weeks to manufacture. Please contact our Customer Service Team for a quoted lead time, if required, by selecting the quote button or contacting our Customer Service Team.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is despatched, you will receive full tracking details via email.

Shipping Damage

Before signing for a damaged delivery please check the condition of the goods. All damaged goods must be identified upon receipt of the delivery, and the damage noted on the connote. Any damages must be reported to our Customer service team within 48 hours, and no claims will be accepted outside of our normal notification terms. 

 

INSURANCE

Insurance is not arranged on any shipment unless a written request is received by OEM Dynamics Pty Limited from the purchaser in sufficient time to allow insurance arrangements to be made before dispatch. Any insurance arranged is at the purchaser’s expense.
