ENGINEERED LUBRICATION AND COOLING SOLUTIONS
Custom Lube Oil Systems and Cooling Modules
Industrial gearbox overheating can reduce oil life, accelerate component wear and lead to unplanned downtime.
OEM Dynamics designs and builds complete lube oil systems that circulate, filter and cool oil in one integrated package. Every system is engineered around your equipment, operating conditions and project requirements.
Custom designed. Australian engineered and assembled. Supported by one supplier.

Protect Your Gearbox with One Integrated System
A lube module combines the three essential functions required to protect an industrial gearbox or other lubricated asset.
Oil Circulation
Maintains the required oil flow through the gearbox and lubrication circuit.
Oil Filtration
Removes contamination to help maintain oil cleanliness and protect internal components.
Heat Removal
Controls oil temperature to help maintain lubricant performance and equipment reliability.
Instead of coordinating separate suppliers for the cooler, pump, motor, filters, valves, instrumentation, fabrication and pipework, OEM Dynamics can combine these components into one fully assembled system.
The result is a complete package designed to meet the performance, maintenance and site requirements of your application.

Duplex Filtration for Continuous Operation
One filter housing can remain in service while the other is isolated for inspection, cleaning or filter-element replacement.
Maintainable Duplex Filtration
Duplex filtration can allow one filter housing to be isolated while oil continues to circulate through the second housing.
This arrangement can enable a filter element to be inspected, cleaned or replaced without stopping the complete lubrication system.
Visual and electronic filter-condition indicators can also be included. Electronic signals can be connected to the site control system to provide notification when maintenance is required.
System Protection and Temperature Control
Pressure-bypass arrangements can help protect the pump and heat exchanger if the oil is cold, highly viscous or flow through the cooling circuit becomes restricted.
For water-cooled systems, a water-modulating valve can regulate cooling-water flow according to oil temperature.
This allows the heat exchanger to cool when required while helping maintain a consistent oil temperature returning to the gearbox.
The final protection and control arrangement is selected to suit the operating requirements of each application.
