Celebrating International Women’s Day at OEM Dynamics

International Women’s Day provides an important opportunity to recognise the achievements, contributions and leadership of women across every industry.

At OEM Dynamics, we were proud to celebrate the women in our team during our recent staff meeting and lunch last week. As a small but highly specialised mechanical engineering and manufacturing business, our workforce currently includes five women among our team of twenty-six staff.

While engineering, heavy industry and manufacturing have traditionally been male-dominated sectors, the women at OEM Dynamics play vital roles across many areas of our organisation. Their work spans office administration, purchasing, sales support, service coordination and the machine shop, helping ensure the smooth operation of our business every day.

During the meeting, our CEO Brett acknowledged the important contribution these team members make to the success of OEM Dynamics. Their professionalism, technical capability, attention to detail and commitment to the team are highly valued and contribute significantly to the strength of our organisation.

International Women’s Day is not only a moment to celebrate achievements, but also a reminder of the importance of encouraging diversity, inclusion and opportunity across industries.

We are proud to work alongside these talented women and grateful for the energy, expertise and perspective they bring to our workplace.
