OEM Dynamics Delivers Customer Designed Lube Module Packages
OEM Dynamics continues to strengthen its in-house engineering and manufacturing capability with the delivery of a recently completed customer designed lube module package. Designed by our customer and manufactured by OEM. This project highlights our ability to supply fully integrated lubrication systems tailored to specific operational requirements.
This complete lube module package incorporates our proven DC32 L oil cooler, paired with a Baker Manufacturing 24UR pump with relief valve, designed to be powered by 460V 60Hz. The system is supported by an integrated tank, filtration system, temperature gauge and pressure gauge, ensuring reliable oil condition monitoring and system protection during operation.
Safety and usability were key considerations in the design. The module includes clearly positioned isolation points and emergency stop buttons, providing operators with confidence and control in demanding industrial environments. All pipework, valves and controls are fully fitted, tested and mounted as part of the complete assembly.
The entire system is housed on a custom-fabricated RHS frame mounted to a base plate, finished in a custom paint specification to suit the customers requirements and operating environment. By delivering the lube module as a single, pre-assembled package, OEM Dynamics reduces installation time, minimises site integration risk and ensures consistent build quality.
