Three Faster Ways to Reorder from OEM Dynamics
When you regularly purchase the same parts, finding and ordering them online should be quick and straightforward. The OEM Dynamics website gives logged-in customers several ways to locate products and place repeat orders without starting from scratch.
Here are three practical ways to reorder faster.
1. Search by part number
If you already know the OEM Dynamics part number, enter it into the search bar at the top of the website.
The matching product will appear in the search results. Open the product page to review its technical specifications, price and availability, then select the required quantity and add it to your cart.
Searching by part number is the quickest option when the exact product code is already recorded on a previous invoice, order, drawing or component.
2. Save regular products to My Favourites
Frequently purchased products can be saved to My Favourites for easier access next time.
While viewing a product, select Add to Favourites. The product will then be available from the My Favourites section of your account dashboard.
From there, you can review your saved products and add the required items directly to your cart. This is useful for consumables, replacement components and other products that your business orders regularly.
3. Copy a previous order
If you need to repeat an earlier purchase, open your account dashboard and select Order History.
Find the relevant order, open its details and select Copy to Current Order. The products from that order will be added to your current cart, where quantities can be checked or adjusted before proceeding through checkout.
Always review the copied items, quantities, current pricing and delivery information before submitting the new order.
More tools in your online dashboard
Logging in gives account customers access to a central dashboard containing useful ordering and account tools. Depending on your account permissions, these may include:
- My Favourites
- Order History
- Order Templates
- Current orders and orders on hold
- Invoices, statements and account enquiries
- Account-specific products and pricing
- Additional technical information and downloads
These tools make it easier to manage regular purchases, check previous activity and find the information needed before placing an order.
